Histogram Bin Customizations in User Sessions Charts

We’ve updated the auto binning behavior in sessions charts. The auto bin size is now determined via a bin-scoring function using standard deviation, fraction of items in min/max bucket, and # of non-zero-valued buckets. Users can customize the min, max, time unit and interval size for the histogram configuration.
